The TLC-40, with an effective volume of 40 litres, is ideal for small mammals and birds and can accommodate a rabbit, for example. The 40 Eco features a digital control and read-out of temperature and include temperature, room temperature and power fail alarms.

The TLC 40 Eco offers all the features needed to successfully raise the newborn chicks of "Altricial" bird species; including Parrots, Hawks, Owls and many other species. The TLC 40 Eco also provides an ideal environment in which to care for sick or injured birds or small animals

A twin stage air filter ensures that harmful bacteria and fungal spores are effortlessly removed from the brooding chamber; air is gently circulated by an internal fan in a way that minimises airborne dust; and the whole unit can be easily disassembled for easy and effective cleaning.

A detachable water tray is included for easy control of the moisture in the air. Correct humidity prevents dehydration in the birds and accurately recreates the nest environment.
